Food is ok, staff is very friendly and helpful! The steamed bread was soft and fluffy, though the amount of Kaya was kinda little, could be more generous with it. The toasted bread was crunchy on the outside. Had it with peanut butter. My kids enjoyed the pratas but my daughter said the curry was not spicy enough. The nonya kuehs were very good! I like the ang ku Kueh skin, it was very QQ bouncy. Though the picture showed The yellow ang ku Kueh was peanut, the filling inside was red bean instead. The Kueh seri muka was ok, rice was soft and nice, not hard like some can be. It's great that this place opens early! We crossed the border early to avoid the jam so we arrived around 730am. The place was full house by 830am!

The service is consistently excellent, I have been here countless times and it never disappoint. If you need to work or browse, their Wi-Fi is fast. For me it's their drink menu, there are a lot of variety: from traditional coffee and espresso to creative fruit teas. They also have an enormous selection of food, including vegetarian choices, finger foods, and desserts. You can try their breads like Kaya toast and fried rice if unsure what to order. If you spend a certain amount, you get a voucher for your next visit. For anyone looking for a quiet, chill spot, this is the place to be. (not sponsored)

Not sure why the low reviews but I had a great experience at HanYuan Eco Botanic. Food & drinks were served fast - and tasted yummy too! The toast was thick, toasted to perfection and kaya was fragrant. The steamed and panfried buns with homemade kaya was also great (I love the pandan kaya more). The roti jala with curry was also savoury, with the fragrant curry as the star! Service staff were also attentive and friendly. Ordering via QR code was fuss free. Place was clean, turnover of tables were fast and I would definitely come back again!

The family visited this restaurant for dinner two days ago. We managed to get our seats easily as there wasn’t a crowd when we visited. We were a party of 7. Ordered some of the local dishes like the fried mee Siam, chicken briyani, local Kaya butter toasts, fried rice, noodle soup and chicken chop. All the food was good especially the fried rice. But the briyani rice could be better. The chicken was also not hot enough on the briyani. Interestingly the Kaya was good and we bought 5 more tins after our meal. Prices were reasonable and the services ok only.
